Description
During the Singing for Larks long weekend at Brathay Hall, Ambleside, Faith will be joined by her fellow ‘Lovenotes’ (Jules Gibb, Katherine Watson and Rose Hodgson) and they will give an informal concert.
The concert will be from 7.00 to 8.00 pm on Friday 31st May. There won’t be a workshop, but there will be an opportunity to join in a song during the concert. Arrive in plenty of time to get a drink from the bar in the main building (follow signs for the reception) and you can take your drink into the Theatre (5 minutes walk from the bar), where the concert will be held.
Afterwards, you’re invited to stay and enjoy the atmosphere and fabulous views, hopefully around a fire-pit on the front lawn.
The concert is free to all of those on the residential workshop. You only need a ticket if you’re coming just for the concert. N.B. Only a small number of ‘concert only’ tickets are available initially. More will be released a month before the concert, once we know how many spaces are left.
Access: The theatre and bar are accessible to people using wheelchairs, and there are accessible toilets. The fire pit is on the lawn, but not far from hard paths. Chairs will be available. Contact singingforlarks@gmail.com if you have any concerns about access.
