Description

During the Singing for Larks long weekend at Brathay Hall, Ambleside, Faith will be joined by her fellow ‘Lovenotes’ (Jules Gibb, Katherine Watson and Rose Hodgson) and they will give an informal concert. This year, they’re hoping to be joined by their friend (and fabulous jazz singer): Helen Watson, so you’ll be treated to songs in 4 and 5 parts!

The concert will be from 7.00 to 8.00 pm on Friday 24th July. There won’t be a workshop, but there will be an opportunity to join in a song during the concert. Arrive in plenty of time to get a drink from the bar in the main building (follow signs for the reception) and you can take your drink into the Theatre (5 minutes walk from the bar), where the concert will be held.

Afterwards, you’re invited to stay and enjoy the atmosphere and fabulous views, indoors or out, depending on the weather (and midges!).

The concert is free to all of those on the residential workshop. You only need a ticket if you’re coming just for the concert.

Access: The theatre and bar are accessible to people using wheelchairs, and there are accessible toilets in the main building. Contact singingforlarks@gmail.com if you have any concerns about access.
